My Beautiful Expecting Mamas & Partners,
I’m Crystal, a mother of one and a supporter of 1000s of parents! I started my journey since I was a little girl looking everywhere for knowledge and experience with Children, including becoming a Primary School Educator with the focus on child development, an expressive arts practitioner, and dance, movement & yoga teacher.
It wasn’t until I birthed my baby that I realized how much our society doesn’t prepare us for the parenting journey and the knowledge that we seek in our transition has also been lost.I dove into as many certifications in many different fields, including prenatal yoga & dance, restorative yoga, yoga for pelvic health, sleep educator, breastfeeding, becoming us family, maternal mental health, full spectrum doula, and Gordon Neufeld's attachment based developmental approach.
In addition to learning about Ayurveda, pre and perinatal psychology, earth based practices, somatic and energy field, elimination communication, organization (to create joy), minimalism, and getting back to natures cycles to have an understanding of our multiple levels as human beings through my own personal study, experiences and growth journey.
I spent the last 8 years actively trying to figure out what was missing and why! I think I found it! I have shared this knowledge with several families and they too agreed, why don’t we know this BEFORE having Baby!
