How I Can Support You and Your Partner in Your Transition into Parenthood
Our Story
When we discovered we were pregnant, we were overjoyed. We truly wanted to enjoy the ride.
While many of our expecting friends focused on building nurseries and gathering more things, we didn’t feel pulled in that direction. We trusted that what our baby needed most wasn’t more stuff — it was us.
Our presence. Our connection. Our intention.
What we didn’t anticipate was how little our wider community understood this transition into parenthood — not just as a medical or logistical event, but as a profound rite of passage.
We didn’t lack people around us, but we lacked the kind of support that truly meets a family where they are — support that understands emotional shifts, relational changes, and the deep inner work that becoming a parent invites.
That absence shaped our experience more than we expected.
And instead of turning away from it, we stayed curious. We kept asking:
What’s actually missing here? What do parents truly need to feel grounded, connected, and supported as they grow their family?
Those questions became the foundation of the work I do today.
What we came to understand was this: becoming the parents we longed to be didn’t require more information — it required a grounded, relational way to tend to ourselves first, together, and with support.
We were so ecstatic when we discovered we were pregnant! We just really wanted to enjoy the ride! As many of our expecting friends started building their nursery for Baby, we were not. We never believed we needed to spend more money bringing in more things into our lives to invite our little one in. All our Baby really truly needed was us!
The one thing, I did not prepare for was the lack in our community and support village of really understanding this important rites of passage into parenthood and how to support us in the way our unique family needed support. That lack of support made all the difference in us becoming the parents we desired and longed to be! But we never stopped striving to understand what was actually missing in our parenting journey!
The Flow Into Parenthood system, rooted in attachment-based developmental approach, helps you cultivate emotional balance and personal growth through intentional daily practices—breath, movement, rest, and expression. By first gaining clarity on your own needs, wants, and desires, you’ll become a more confident, grounded parent. As a result, your connection with your partner will deepen through improved communication, and you’ll naturally build a strong support network, creating a foundation of safety and security for your growing family.

First, Focus on You!
You are your child’s safe, steady, loving foundation.
When your needs are met, your confidence grows—and your choices from pregnancy, through birth, and into parenthood feel aligned, steady, and full of heart.

Next, Focus on Your Relationship!
Small gestures—a look, a smile, a nod—hold the magic of connection.
Be truly seen and heard by your partner as you move through this journey together, growing closer while co-parenting with heart.

Finally, Focus on Building Your Support Village!
Naturally Build a circle that cares for both of you— so mama can pour love into the baby, and your partner can be fully supported too.
This is the foundation of the Flow Into Parenthood™ System.
"I can't recommend this program enough..."
"I just finished the program and I have to say it was amazing! This is my first pregnancy and I was sad about possibly missing out on prenatal classes, but this was a great work around to still be able get that connection. The content is broken down into information based sessions paired with a movement based practice, which helped me planned my week.
Crystal answered questions that I hadn't even thought about! Walking, in detail, through so many facets of pregnancy and birthing that I feel more prepared now. Plus the yoga sessions were great movement breaks to feel at ease in this changing body. Throughout the weekly sessions, Crystal was there to guide and educate from a place of true compassion, you can tell from listening to her speak about this journey into parenthood, that she is a wealth of knowledge on pregnancy and prenatal care. I can't recommend this program enough for first time mommas to be!"
- Megan L

"Everything went amazing!"
"Everything went amazing! Thank you so much for everything. I had so much better of an understanding of my body and the confidence I was able to build up from the modules was unreal! Natural birth at the hospital and we're on our way home less than 4 hours after birth. Thank you so much for all your knowledge and support! Honestly giving birth was probably my biggest fear and I was able to relax and trust my body after all your helpful tips and support!"
"My husband was hesitant to go along with the course but after birth, he couldn't believe how much it helped."
- Amberley

"We are so grateful we found you!"
"Crystal, you literally always hit the nail on the head! We are so grateful we found you when we did and helped us really figure out what was best for our family!"
- Beth & Nate

"The course helped calm my fears!"
"After my first birth ended in a cesarean section, it was always in the back of my mind that my second would too. The course absolutely helped calm my fears and gave valuable tips to get through labour when the time came. Deep breathing and pelvic floor release techniques were most valuable to me: I was more mindful about remaining calm and staying relaxed between contractions. Crystal is like your own personal cheerleader and you can repeat the phrases that you pick up from her course when you feel like you can't go any further. My favourite was
"You are already doing this, Mama!"
- Jessica

you want to feel confident and connected as a parent right from the beginning in order to enjoy the moments of pregnancy instead of being overwhelmed with decisions and research
you desire to feel seen, heard and understood from those around you and may be getting frustrated or disappointed that others are not listening to your wants, needs & desires for your pregnancy, birth &/or parenting journey
you are curious on ways to provide that connection & understanding in pregnancy, birth and parenting with Yourself, Baby, Partner & loved ones so you can all feel safe and secure to feel vulnerable to surrender to birth, grow in your transition, move with the ebbs & flows, and know that you are surrounded with love
you are interested in learning where the birth & parenting "myths" came from, along with learning more researched- based understandings and language to support your intuition so you can be clear and confident when presented with myths like:

"Baby needs to be independent now so they won't sleep on your couch later"
“You won’t have time to love this one like you did the first.”
"Give your baby a bottle so they will sleep through the night"
"This is your 2nd child? They'll fly out!"
"You'll already know how to do this, Dad!"

setting yourself up for success starts now!
it's time to enjoy your pregnancy!
learning how to prioritize yourself before you have someone (or another) that is dependent on you so you can role model self love
understanding your values and where you want to put your energy in life can save you time, effort, money and illness
learning takes effort and can be a little messy, why wait until the challenges arise?
understand what is happening in your pregnancy, birth and postnatally with your own transition into parenthood, along with your baby's transitions into life!
understand the gifts and limitations of those around you so you can be empowered to choose who is in your family's village to create safety and security for your child
Many parents don’t realize how much they’re holding until support is spread across too many places.
One person for movement.
Another for emotional support.
Another for sleep.
Another for relationships.
Over time, this fragmentation costs more than money—it costs energy, clarity, and ease.
This work brings those pieces together.
So your body can settle.
So your mind can rest.
So your family has one steady place to land.
Most of us weren’t given the tools, clarity, or support we needed growing up…
And when you’re stepping into parenthood, that can feel overwhelming.
But it also means you get to do things differently. Here's how I can help...

The Flow Into Parenthood™ System, rooted in attachment-based developmental approach, helps you cultivate emotional balance and personal growth through intentional daily practices—breath, movement, rest, and expression. By first gaining clarity on your own needs, wants, and desires, you’ll become a more confident, grounded parent. As a result, your connection with your partner will deepen through improved communication, and you’ll naturally build a strong support network, creating a foundation of safety and security for your growing family.
The Flow Into Parenthood™ System was created after years of supporting Mothers postnatally understanding their unique challenges from all facets of selfhood & parenthood, along with supporting Mothers prenatally and realizing the reality of transitioning into parenthood at different stages is almost unknown (as we cannot predict how we ourselves will be throughout the transition & the evolution of our society)- so we don't know what to ask, where to look, or who to listen to.
Led by a Seasoned Expert: This program was created by Crystal Jedrzejewski, a full spectrum doula, yoga and dance teacher, sleep educator, expressive arts practitioner, educator with a background in parenting from an attachment based developmentalist approach, and the founder of The Magic of Beginnings and Flow Into Parenthood™ System. Crystal has worked with many parents in all different stages of life in many different ways. Supporting parents through their rites of passage is a unique and sacred process that she is delighted to share with you.
Attachment Based Developmentalist Approach: This program is saturated in Gordon Neufeld's attachment based developmentalist approach, which allows the client to really understand who they are in this moment and what they need in order to grow into the person, partner and parent they desire. As you learn deeply about yourself, you are also learning about what your child needs to learn and grow naturally as well as setting up more safety and security for yourself and your child.
Parenthood is a Rites of Passage: Too often, prenatal programs only offer physical suggestions to prepare for birth, when in reality we are on a transformation into parenthood which involves the body, mind and soul from all facets that goes beyond birth. This also includes how to say goodbye, understanding and learning how to move with the uncertainties and unknowns of your journey and being recognized for your new role in your community as a PARENT!
Flow Into Parenthood™ System is 12 modules divided into 3 phases: You, Your Partner & Your Support Village. This way we build our understanding from the inside out, along with taking bite size pieces to practice with slowly and reflect in order to become a confident and connected parent from the beginning.
-learn how to create a reasonable, sustainable and flexible self care routine to ensure your needs are met first through movement, breath, rest and expression
-learn how different types of breaths can support your nervous system in pregnancy, birth and postnatally
-learn how expression of emotions are the key to becoming who you desire and supporting your little one in their growing journey
-learn how goodbye and connection rituals will support you in your transformation into parenthood with yourself, partner, village and your child!
-learn how key movements of the pelvic floor, and foot mobility support you in pregnancy, birth and postnatal
-learn how oxytocin, grounding techniques and communication tools play a vital role in your transformation supported by a Social Worker
-learn about breastfeeding and sleep that will support you and baby
... and more!
One of the major pillars of the Flow Into Parenthood™ System is movement. The movement in the program is primarily prenatal yoga & yoga for pelvic health; however, we created an intriguing and unique extra to our yoga sessions by incorporating dance technique and styles, along with intuitive movement. Movement highly supports both Mama and their Partner by increasing oxytocin naturally by connecting to yourself & your partner, prepares the body for pregnancy, birth and postnatally, along with provides a new way of movement vocabulary that your body can move in ways that will support your birth.
Here is a list of benefits for moving in pregnancy, birth and beyond!
I totally get it! Time is always the biggest factor for parents.
It can feel overwhelming to add something new to your day—especially when your days are unpredictable or already full of commitments.
Here’s the question to ask yourself: What feels most important to you right now? What would help you show up fully in your parenting?
While you’re in the program, there’s content designed to support you through the toddler stage—so all the questions and research you’d normally be juggling while preparing for your next baby are covered. Yes, you can ask questions about your toddler while preparing for your next baby—it’s all built in.
Here’s the key: we start small. Ten minutes in the morning just for you can make a big difference. You can do this while breastfeeding, while your baby or toddler plays nearby, or with little pauses for kisses and cuddles. Seeing you take care of yourself is a gentle way for your child to learn self-love. We encourage a night routine that can also range from a few minutes to longer- it's what fits your goals.
The program’s information sessions vary from 2 to 45 minutes—broken into bite-sized pieces so you can do a little or a lot, whenever it fits. Most parents find that as the weeks go on, these small pockets of time feel like nourishment rather than another task. It’s about feeling seen, held, and connected—to yourself, your partner, and your parenting—without rushing or half-assing it.
Both partners can find these pockets of time too. That might look like you take your 10 minutes in the morning first and then your partner takes their time after. If only one parent is home, it might happen while the toddler sleeps, plays nearby, or simply alongside you—no expectations for them to do anything. The goal is small, manageable moments that work for your unique family—and I’m here to help figure out what that looks like for you.
The first six modules focus on you—who you want to show up as a person, parent, and partner. The next few modules focus on you and your partner coming together, learning to talk, move, and grow together.
The real wonder is the commitment: Are you ready to give yourself the time to feel held and supported? To discover what you truly need? To learn tools that help you grow as a parent and deepen your understanding of your child? To see your partner in a new light? To stop carrying it all by yourself?
Birth is a rites of passage which means it is much more than just physical or following doctors orders. Birth calls on you from all corners of yourself to feel the strength and power within you to reach your limits and to truly listen to who you are in order to connect with Baby and bring them into this world. This is the challenge every parent is gifted to turn on all your parenting senses! Birth is truly a gift!
Flow Into Parenthood™ System provides you space to become clear on who you believe you are now and understand how you came to be here in this moment, along with providing the important wonders of what kind of person, partner and parent you are desiring to be. This understanding will create a solid foundation for you to move forward from to get clear on your birth philosophy and ideas, to be able to understand your values and beliefs in order to create the support that will truly lift you into where you want to go.
With the enrolment of Flow Into Parenthood™ System you are gifted a few pregnancy gifts from us to say "Congratulations!" and "Thank you!" for allowing us to be a part of your parenting journey! One of them includes: The Birth Chapter
Yes! We highly encourage both you and your partner move through the program individually for the first section and then come together during the next section. We also invite you to have one of your closest supports move through the program as well (this is all included in one price)!
AND The program can offer you community amongst others that are also on a similar path and can give you support! The program will also show you how you can build a support village even if you do not have a partner in life.
Yes! The program is set for 12 weeks of discovery and process AND it is also FULL with information that you will need and want for postnatal. Many people that start this journey earlier continue to go back into the program afterwards.
With the enrolment of Flow Into Parenthood™ System you are gifted multiple pregnancy gifts from us to say "Congratulations!" and "Thank you!" for allowing us to be a part of your parenting journey! One of gifts is The Birth Bundle for Free. The Birth Bundle is also available for purchase individually as well.
That can be a great combo! I am happy to support you with how to bridge my suggestions with your providers recommendations and/or help you bring information forward to discuss with your provider. (It’s beneficial to work with alternate practitioner and we actually suggest it in the program!)

I’m Crystal.
A mother, a guide, and someone who has spent a lifetime listening to children, parents, and the quiet spaces in between.
My path began early—drawn again and again toward understanding children, how they grow, how they feel, and how they make sense of the world. I was drawn first to how children grow, feel, and make sense of the world. Education became one of the ways I learned to support that. That curiosity eventually led me to become a Primary School Educator, alongside training in expressive arts, dance, movement, and yoga.
And then I became a mother.
That moment changed everything.
It showed me just how little our society prepares us for the inner journey of parenting—the emotional shifts, the relational changes, the way becoming a parent touches every part of who we are. The knowledge I was searching for felt scattered, fragmented, and often missing altogether.
So I kept learning.
Over the years, I’ve trained across many fields—not to collect certifications, but to understand parenting through multiple lenses. My studies include prenatal yoga and dance, restorative yoga, yoga for pelvic health, sleep education, breastfeeding support, maternal mental health, Becoming Us family work, full-spectrum doula care, and Gordon Neufeld’s attachment-based developmental approach.
Alongside this, I’ve deeply explored Ayurveda, pre- and perinatal psychology, earth-based practices, somatic and energy awareness, elimination communication, gentle organization and minimalism, and living in rhythm with nature’s cycles. All of this has shaped how I hold space—for parents, partners, and families as whole beings.
For the past eight years, I’ve been asking one question again and again:
What are we missing—and why don’t we learn this before we become parents?
I believe the answer lives in integration.
Not one method. Not one philosophy. But a way of supporting parents that honors the body, the heart, the relationship, and the reality of daily life.
This is why my work feels different.
I don’t ask you to see parenting through a single lens. I help you build your own—supported, resourced, and deeply held.
